Camby, Indiana is 20 minutes southwest of downtown Indianapolis and has a cost of living that is 10% below the national average. In addition to nearby wide-open outdoor spaces, Camby is conveniently located near Indianapolis International Airport and is very accessible via automobile.

Grace has experienced very stable leadership over the past 34 years. Its current pastor, Marty, has served for the past 11 years. 51% of Grace Church adults were either new to faith or investigating faith based on a study they did prior to COVID. Because of this, Grace is focused on developing 1,000 disciple makers through their various ministries. They are growing in many of their ministries, but their student ministry has not experienced the growth that they have expected. Therefore, their new Student Ministries Pastor will work to grow their Student Ministry in terms of disciple making as well as numerically.

Grace Church has two modern worship services (9:30am and 11am) which are engaging to both seasoned Christians and people new to church. They utilize songs by Elevation, Hillsong, Vertical Worship, I AM THEY and many others led by a full band most Sundays.

What makes this opportunity so special?

First, Grace’s vision on developing 1,000 disciple makers. They have a realistic understanding of the deficit that currently exists.

Second, Grace has a refreshing collaborative team culture. Staff who excel at Grace are trustworthy, honest, and possess a sense of humor. This is a high-expectation staff culture that is created by a commitment to accountable conversations which lead to “outside the box” thinking, learning, and a cooperative team spirit.

If you are a person who likes responsibility and being accountable for the results AND you desire to see students being discipled, you will like this opportunity at Grace Church. Click the link below to apply today!
