The Ideal Candidate
The new Pastor of Student Ministries will play a vital role in cultivating a ministry where students are known, valued, and equipped to live out their faith. This leader will develop relationships, create engaging programs, and empower volunteers to support spiritual growth and authentic community.

What They'll Be Doing
- Designing and leading programs that encourage students to grow spiritually and relationally.
- Building and mentoring a team of volunteer leaders to extend the reach of the ministry.
- Creating opportunities for connection through small groups, events, and discipleship pathways.
- Partnering with church leadership to integrate students into the broader life of LPC.
- Engaging the local community to reach young adults beyond the walls of the church.
