  3. Own Mistakes: Authenticity and humility in admitting leadership or personal errors foster trust and respect within your team.
  4. Model Humility: Be open about your flaws and be willing to learn from your team.
  5. Create Margin: Not everything requires immediate attention. Allow for downtimes that enable your team to rest and regroup.
