First Church of Columbia City is a debt-free church with a $2 million budget, allowing them to focus on ministry expansion and community impact.

The Ideal Candidate
The Discipleship Pastor will oversee small groups, classes, membership processes, and men’s and women’s ministries. They will develop a clear discipleship pathway, including launching a small group initiative and core classes, fostering a strong sense of spiritual growth and connection within the church.
