The Job
Life Christian Church is seeking a Youth & Young Adults Pastor who feels called to invest deeply in the next generation through Scripture, discipleship, and meaningful relationships. This role is not simply about leading programs; it is about helping students and young adults build a faith that is grounded in God’s Word and lived out with conviction in everyday life.
This leader will teach Scripture clearly and faithfully, creating environments where students are known, challenged, and encouraged to follow Jesus. Through weekly gatherings, small groups, retreats, and outreach opportunities, the Youth & Young Adults Pastor will cultivate a ministry where connection, growth, and participation are natural outcomes of discipleship.
There is a strong emphasis on relational ministry by walking alongside students, providing biblical counsel, and helping them navigate life with truth and grace. This role also partners closely with church leadership to ensure alignment with the mission to exalt Christ, equip believers, and evangelize the world.

The Church
Life Christian Church is a non-denominational, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational congregation committed to the authority of Scripture and the centrality of the gospel. Since its founding in 2018, the church has remained focused on faithfully teaching God’s Word and helping people follow Jesus in everyday life.
Now gathering as a mobile church with around 120 weekly attenders, Life Christian Church is in a meaningful season of stability and forward movement.
