Wildwood is also entering an exciting new season, focused on expanding its impact through the next generation. The church is seeking a Youth Pastor/Director to lead a Christ-centered ministry that inspires students to grow in faith, develop as leaders, and live on mission.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate, relational, and spiritually mature leader who excels in biblical teaching, discipleship, and leadership development. The right candidate will bring commitment, collaboration, and energy to the role while connecting meaningfully with students and equipping volunteers to lead well. This is about building a movement, not just maintaining a program, helping to shape the spiritual foundation of Wildwood’s youth, partner with families, and create spaces where students encounter Jesus and bring their friends.
