Have you ever spoken to a church leader and felt a surge of excitement and anticipation for what God was going to do in and through them?

As I started conversations with Real Life Church in Austin, Texas, they shared with me their powerful culture that embodies momentum for growth and sharing the gospel to the cities around Austin and beyond. Not only are they anticipating growth and going after things for the Lord, but they are also building their team with that goal in mind!

Their desire was to hire a significant role in their church, Executive Pastor of Campus Ministries. They wanted a quality staff member who not only understood the area but also had a proven track record of growth and a heart and passion for ministry advancement.

I was thrilled to be part of the process as Chemistry Staffing recently helped place Lance at Real Life, and he has hit the ground running as their new Executive Pastor of Campus Ministries.

Here is what Mary from Real Life had to say:

"

We couldn’t be more pleased with the search process with Chemistry! Looking to hire for what will be a major position in our church and on our staff, we were quite intimidated to navigate that on our own. Chemistry had all the tools and resources to conduct the search for us after in-depth interviews with key members of our staff. The fact that they put so much effort into determining our culture and values before putting the profile together really made us comfortable that they came to know us well enough to represent us in the job market.

While we wish we could have hired someone right away when we first began the process, we realized that putting the time in on the front end was crucial to finding the right candidate. We trusted the process with Chemistry and ended up with a great result.

We are so excited to welcome Lance to the Real Life family, and we are confident that the skills, attributes, and personality traits that Chemistry found in Lance will be a perfect fit for us.

"
