Epikos Church places great importance on nurturing authentic, multi-ethnic worship. The Worship Pastor/Director will play a crucial role in guiding and leading the worship staff across all Epikos campuses, establishing a vision for an extraordinary worship experience. Additionally, they will personally oversee worship on a weekly basis and conduct rehearsals at the West Allis campus. This role will not only invite and empower others to join the worship and tech teams but also create an environment that fosters their growth and development.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of spiritual maturity and character that aligns with the biblical standards for pastoral leadership. They will also have experience leading teams in a way that promotes the growth and progress of the ministry. In addition to being self-motivated and a team player, they will possess a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate the necessary steps to achieve success.
