Christ Community Fellowship (CCF) in Mena, Arkansas, is a vibrant, growing, debt-free church family nestled in one of the most beautiful regions of the Ouachita Mountains. With 220 weekly attenders, a thriving next-generation culture, and a refreshing spirit of authenticity and joy, CCF is entering a new season of momentum, and is prayerfully seeking a Worship Pastor who will help shape what God is unfolding next.
Mena is a warm, welcoming mountain town known for its breathtaking landscapes, extensive ATV/UTV and bike trails, and a pace of life that makes space for family and faith. With excellent public schools, a two-year college, a highly rated full-service hospital, and a low cost of living, it is an ideal place to plant roots, raise a family, and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation. Residents value safety, connection, and the richness of small-town life.
CCF began in 2015 and has seen significant revitalization and growth: spiritually, numerically, and financially. In the past 18 months alone, attendance has grown from 140 to over 200, baptisms have increased, small groups have expanded, and the church has completely paid off its building debt. With a contemporary worship style, a relational culture, and a commitment to helping people Learn from Christ, Live in Christ, and Lead Others to Christ, this is a church poised for continued impact.
CCF is looking for a gifted, humble, Christ-centered Worship Pastor who will lead people authentically into the presence of God. The church values heartfelt, modern worship—full-band, next-generation leaning, and biblically rooted.
This Worship Pastor will:
● Lead worship with excellence, passion, and pastoral intentionality
● Recruit, shepherd, and develop worship and tech volunteers
● Plan creative, Christ-centered services in partnership with the Lead Pastor
● Strengthen and elevate all worship and production systems
● Contribute to the broader ministry of the church based on gifts and calling (possible areas include discipleship, children, or pastoral care)
Technical competence (ProPresenter, lighting, sound) and musical skill (vocals + guitar/keys) are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
