Foothills Bible Church in Littleton, Colorado, is looking for a Worship Pastor to lead Spirit-led, gospel-centered worship services that reflect the vibrant, relational heart of their congregation. This position is ideal for a worship leader who not only brings musical excellence but also pastoral care, relational warmth, and a strategic mindset for team development.
You’ll lead worship weekly, shepherd and mentor staff and volunteers, and collaborate with the Executive and Creative Teams to deliver high-quality, engaging services. With a goal to increase worship team participation by 20%, you'll have the opportunity to develop a culture of musical discipleship while shaping weekend services, special events, and creative worship expressions that honor God and connect with people from all walks of life.

The Church
Foothills Bible Church was founded in 1972 by six families who wanted to share the love of Jesus in a growing community. Now with over 1,400 weekly attendees and a 20-acre campus, Foothills has experienced continued growth, both spiritually and numerically. Governed by elders and operated by a strategic Executive Team, the church is known for its relational warmth, gospel clarity, and missional engagement.
Recent wins include a $1M campus development campaign, implementation of a new governance model, and a 20% attendance increase in the past 18 months. Foothills values authenticity, discipleship, and hospitality and is eager to welcome a new leader into this next season of growth.
The Worship Experience
Worship at Foothills is vibrant, contemporary, and Spirit-led, featuring a full band, heartfelt singing, and a strong emphasis on biblical preaching. The church values excellence, authenticity, and multigenerational engagement. Services run about 70 minutes and include a thoughtful blend of music, Scripture, prayer, and monthly rhythms like communion, elder-led prayer, and quarterly baptisms.
