The Worship Pastor at New Life Church is responsible for overseeing the worship and creative arts ministries, serving as the primary implementer of creative elements within weekend services. This includes leading and equipping a team of volunteers to create environments that facilitate meaningful encounters with Jesus. The Worship Pastor will collaborate closely with the pastoral leadership team to develop themes and integrate creative elements into services and other areas of church life. Additionally, they will manage the worship team schedule, mentor and empower leaders, oversee sound and video operations, and provide pastoral care for worship team volunteers. The Worship Pastor will work closely with the Executive Pastor and reports directly to them.
