This position will serve as the pastor for the worship team. The team is an incredibly committed and talented core group who is ready to learn and grow together. Zarephath is praying the new worship leader will continue to add talent and heart to this team, so it is ready for the future of ZCC.
One of the best aspects of this position is the partnership in designing worship services in close collaboration with the Senior Pastor and leading the team in creative brainstorming. The worship leader will also oversee production, service elements, and video production strategy as it relates to the service.
