About the Church
Bethel Church is a vibrant and active community of believers in the heart of a bustling city. The church is led by a dedicated team committed to assisting as many people as possible in becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus. They also work diligently to equip churches in other communities to adopt a more mission-oriented approach to ministry. In February of this year, the leadership will be introducing its new Mission/Vision framework. As the church moves forward into this exciting new season of ministry, they are looking for their next Worship Director to be part of the team!
The Ideal Candidate
The new Worship Director will:
• Lead the congregation into genuine worship experiences every Sunday
• Incorporate intentional flow and thematic elements into each experience
• Lead the worship teams, overseeing their planning, preparations, and ongoing development
• Ensure effective sound and light production during services
• Oversee the elements of the online experiences
The right candidate will be passionate about leading others into authentic worship experiences. They will have a strong desire to promote a Christ-centered worship style that is infused with contemporary elements and theologically rich lyrics. This person will be a tech savvy leader who places a high value on online engagement, driven by a belief that, without a relevant, online experience, a church is missing lost people.
