The Ideal Candidate
The new Worship Pastor will:
- Set the vision for the worship and tech teams that directly supports the vision and values of the church
- Recruit, disciple, and equip people to serve in the worship ministries of the church
- Plan and lead weekly worship through music, Scripture, and other creative mediums
- Shepherd, coach, and care for all worship team volunteers
The right candidate will be a visionary leader, possessing the ability to align volunteers with the vision of the church and the ministry. They will be able to create a culture of excellence, holding team members to high standards in a way that creates excitement rather than a burden. The ideal candidate loves to exercise their creative gifts in ways that glorify God and inspires others.
