The Job
Alliance Bible Church in Mequon, Wisconsin, is seeking a Worship Arts Pastor to lead the congregation in meaningful, gospel-centered worship. This role is about more than music—it’s about shepherding people into deeper encounters with God. The Worship Arts Pastor will work closely with the Lead and Executive Pastors to plan and lead weekly services, build and mentor worship teams, and help the congregation experience authentic, Christ-centered worship. Strong vocal and instrumental ability (piano and/or guitar), formal music training, and some theological background are desired. The ideal candidate will be both a leader and an equipper, fostering creativity, excellence, and participation.

The Church
Founded in 1978, Alliance Bible Church has grown into a thriving, multi-generational congregation of around 1,000 weekly attenders. The church is debt-free, with a strong budget and a clear commitment to expository preaching, discipleship, outreach, and church planting. Recently, Alliance launched Lakeside Alliance Church in 2024, reflecting their vision to “captivate generations with the satisfying gospel of Jesus Christ.” With a collaborative staff team and a mission-minded culture, Alliance is well-positioned for continued growth and impact.
