When a pastor's talents and gifts align with a church's needs and culture, incredible things can happen in the congregation and community. At Chemistry Staffing, our passion is facilitating these powerful kingdom connections. We take the time to truly understand each pastor we work with—their unique abilities, personality, calling, and needs. Matt Gish, our recent placement as Campus Pastor at Grace Fellowship, articulated it well: "I am excited to join the team at Grace Fellowship because they are focused on helping people live Jesus-centered lives. Currently, she serves as an Executive Pastor at Northgate Church in Sunbury, OH. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education, is a graduate of the Ohio School of Ministry, and has certifications as a Transformational Coach.
