Valuable Questions

At Chemistry Staffing, our job is to help you hire well (and keep your team healthy). We're focused on minimizing the risk of a bad hire.

When you find the right place to serve and are obedient to His calling, unbelievable things can happen. Chemistry Staffing exists to facilitate these types of introductions and relationships. We want to help YOU find a church that fits you theologically, culturally, socially, and spiritually. A wonderful thing happens when you find a church that shares your personal mission, vision, and values: lives are changed, and your family will flourish.

God has gifted you in very unique ways. We ask the right questions to find your unique giftings, talents, and abilities. When your DNA matches the church’s DNA, you both win! That’s where healthy ministry begins.

We help match you up with a church that’s as unique as you are, where God can use your talents, skills, and abilities to further His kingdom. And here’s the best part… our unique and quick assessment process is thorough and informative for both you and the church!

This summer, Chemistry Staffing helped place Luke as Student Ministries Pastor at Rancho Murieta Community Church. Here is what he had to say:

"

I am beyond excited to be filling the student ministries pastor role here for a variety of reasons. My wife and I quickly became attached to this church while I was serving with the worship team and became glued to the students the very first time we joined a youth group meeting. It is such an honor to begin walking out life with them and be a part of the mission of this church in this community. The youth in America are immersed in big life topics all day everyday and I am delighted to represent the word of God in our gatherings as an alternative lens and objective truth they can anchor to through the storms around them.

I really appreciated the attention-to-detail and expertise of the Chemistry staff. Having all been involved in ministry for years, if not decades, they had extremely valuable questions to ask and seemed highly trained in effective recruitment processes. I would be very confident as a church leader receiving sign off from Chemistry on applicants as they spend so much effort understanding the church and what the church's needs are.

If you are currently in the search process for a role, be very prayerful and don't stop learning. Chemistry is an incredible team that will make sure your beliefs and vision align with the churches you consider, but it is up to you to truly be prepared for the role you will step into. Trust in God's timing and use tested and proven tools, such as the Chemistry team. Godspeed on the search!
