To address this vital concern, we are proud to introduce the 2023 Church Staff Health Assessment, a comprehensive study designed to evaluate the wellbeing, challenges, and successes experienced by those who continue to guide their congregations through these uncertain times.

The Rationale Behind This Assessment

You might be wondering why an assessment like this is necessary. Surprisingly, there is limited data available on church staff health, satisfaction, and retention. The reality is that the wellbeing and job satisfaction of church staff members play an essential role in the growth and stability of our churches. Healthy and content staff lead to thriving congregations, which is why we have commissioned this significant research project to discover answers and, ultimately, foster healthier church staff and congregations in this new chapter.

The 2023 Church Staff Health Assessment goes beyond a simple survey. It delves into crucial aspects such as communication, job satisfaction, leadership, team dynamics, compensation, work environment, and future stability. Our goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of church staff health and satisfaction. Rest assured that your participation remains anonymous and confidential, allowing you to share your experiences candidly and without concern.

Upon completing the assessment, you will immediately receive your personal 'church staff health score' in each of the seven areas. This valuable information serves as a personalized guide to improving your church staff experience and cultivating a healthier work environment. Additionally, in the first part of June, we will provide a free PDF report containing insights and recommendations based on our overall findings from the assessment, helping to further enhance church staff wellbeing.
