The Job

Fellowship Bible Church - Midtown Campus in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a passionate and gifted Student Pastor to lead its dynamic ministry for 7th–12th grade students. As part of a thriving multisite church family, this role offers the opportunity to disciple students, foster spiritual growth, and shape the next generation of leaders. The Student Pastor will be responsible for weekly student services, small group leadership, parent engagement, and integration with the broader church vision.

Collaboration is central to this role, as the director will work closely with the Midtown Campus Pastor, the student ministry team across campuses, and other ministry leaders. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a growing urban church context, where relational depth, theological clarity, and administrative strength intersect to create transformative student ministry.

The Location

Known for its affordability and welcoming atmosphere, Little Rock offers residents access to rivers, mountains, hiking trails, and a bustling arts scene. The Midtown area places the church in a prime spot—minutes from downtown and nestled between two of the city’s most creative and thriving neighborhoods, The Heights and Hillcrest.

With easy access to larger cities like Memphis and Dallas, plus the appeal of nearby getaways along the Gulf Coast, Little Rock is both centrally located and full of opportunity. The Church

Founded in 1977, Fellowship Bible Church has grown from a small group of college students into a multisite, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational movement. The Midtown Campus launched in 2019 and has experienced remarkable growth, with worship attendance increasing by 185% since the COVID shutdowns. The church is committed to three core values: Connection, Transformation, and Multiplication.

From prison outreach to international missions and from neighborhood partnerships to global church planting, Fellowship is passionate about seeing lives changed by the grace of Jesus Christ. The Midtown Campus reflects the heart of this mission, engaging a diverse and upwardly mobile urban population.

The Worship Experience

Fellowship’s worship services are modern and engaging, led by live bands and featuring music from artists like Phil Wickham and Kari Jobe, alongside original worship songs from Fellowship Music. The services include exegetical teaching, authentic worship, and regular practices like communion and baptism that reinforce the church’s commitment to spiritual formation and community.

The Student Pastor will play a key role in cultivating a worshipful environment for students through teaching, worship planning, and relational discipleship.
