The Family Ministry Team at Good Shepherd is looking for an experienced leader of leaders to guide students into a living relationship with Jesus Christ through leadership, discipleship, and strategic planning.

Great candidates will have strong leadership skills, both for guiding and mentoring students as well as leading leaders and teams. They will be effective communicators, both in writing and from the stage. Great candidates have a track record of leading large student ministries using a highly relational approach that helps students be known, loved, and cared for. Above all they will model a dynamic, growing relationship with Christ and a healthy, God-honoring family.
