Apply Now! Student Pastor in Blair, NE

Reach Church in Blair, Nebraska, is looking for a Student Pastor to oversee ministry for grades 6–12, nurturing a vibrant community of students and volunteers.

Reach Church Student

Reach Church in Blair, Nebraska, is excited to announce the launch of a search for their next Student Pastor. This role represents a significant opportunity to invest in the spiritual formation of middle and high school students during a healthy and forward-looking season in the life of the church.

Reach Church is a growing, non-denominational congregation of approximately 600–700 weekly attendees with a clear and compelling mission: to be a place where people encounter Jesus and their lives are changed forever. Following a strong and smooth senior pastor transition in 2025, the church is unified, energized, and experiencing renewed momentum. Ministries are supported by strong volunteer engagement, steady generosity, and a shared commitment to disciple the next generation.

The Student Pastor will provide vision, leadership, and pastoral care for all aspects of student ministry. This includes creating a relational, Gospel-centered environment where students are known, challenged, and encouraged to take meaningful next steps in their faith. The Student Pastor will teach regularly, recruit and develop volunteer leaders, partner closely with parents, and design engaging programming that helps students grow spiritually and feel connected to the broader life of the church. Collaboration with the church’s leadership team will be essential as this role helps shape a discipleship pathway for students from middle school through graduation. This role may also have the opportunity of being in the preaching rotation.

Blair offers a welcoming, family-friendly community with excellent schools, outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of local pride. Located just minutes from Omaha, the area provides easy access to cultural, dining, and professional opportunities while maintaining the warmth and pace of small-town life.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relational, spiritually mature leader to shape the faith of the next generation and help lead Reach Church into its next chapter with vision, care, and purpose.
