The Job
Foothills Bible Church in Littleton, Colorado, is searching for a relational, biblically grounded Student Ministries Pastor to lead a Christ-centered, fun, and gospel-driven ministry for middle and high school students. This leader will disciple students, equip volunteers, and create an inviting, spiritually rich environment where teenagers can grow in their faith and live it out daily.
The role involves leading weekly student gatherings, planning events, partnering with parents, and fostering a culture of outreach. You’ll also work closely with the Kids Ministry to ensure a smooth transition for incoming middle school students and collaborate with the broader church staff to align student ministry with Foothills’ vision of helping people become passionate followers of Jesus.

Student ministry meets primarily on Wednesday evenings in “The Shed,” a vibrant multi-purpose space designed for connection, worship, and fun.
