Mosaic Church has a vision to reach the 180,000 on the Mississippi Gulf Coast that do not have a church home. Over the past several years, the current pastor has been building a 20-year team. During that time, the church has more than doubled in weekly attendance and continues to grow. Mosaic Church has a fantastic reputation in the region for being a church that is “for” people and works hard at reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Mosaic launched a new campus in 2023, with their previous Student Pastor transitioning to the Campus Pastor role. Following that transition, Mosaic is ready to welcome their next Student Pastor to the team!

The new Student Pastor will:

• Grow the Student Ministry both numerically and spiritually
• Equip students to be leaders within their sphere of influence
• Build volunteer teams in order to maximize ministry impact
• Strategize new and creative ways to reach more teens with the Gospel
• Equip parents to be the primary faith trainer in their homes

The right candidate will be theologically sound with strong leadership skills. They will relate well to both students and parents. It is imperative that the Student Pastor have a heart for the lost and a strong desire to reach those without a church home. This leader of leaders should demonstrate a servant’s heart and an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Mosaic is located on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in one of the greatest small towns in America – Ocean Springs. Ocean Springs has a reputation as an arts community. Its historic and secluded downtown area, with streets lined by live oak trees, is home to dozens of art galleries, restaurants, and vintage shops. This amazing city also boasts one of the top-rated school districts in the State of Mississippi. Ocean Springs, MS has commonly been compared to a smaller version of Austin, TX or Boulder, CO.
