Cool Spring Baptist Church in Mechanicsville, Virginia, is looking for a Student Minister to join their team. This person will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and oversight to student ministry geared towards those 6th-12th grade and their parents and families.
Cool Spring has a rich history of local and global ministry and exists to reach and develop all people into fully committed followers of Jesus Christ. Furthermore, they have had years of successful sports and recreation ministry with onsite facilities to manage this outreach opportunity. The Student Minister will build relationships with families and team members, equipping and developing lay leaders to increase student impact. The right candidate will be a leader that loves to build and develop teams, who has a good sense of humor, is a good communicator and someone who can relate well with others. Cool Spring has a focus that staff naturally lead out, equip and delegate.
Mechanicsville is located about 6 miles outside of Richmond, Virginia, and boasts great schools and a place to raise a family. The area is defined by American history and as a result has great outdoor areas for families to explore.
