More and more churches talk about their apprehension about the current economic news. What do you do as a leader during this season?

Just when we thought we were on the other side of a pandemic, I’m hearing more and more churches talk about their apprehension about the current economic news. According to who you talk with, we are either in a time of recession or at least a period of economic uncertainty.
 

But what do you do as a leader during this season? Should you implement a hiring freeze? Or maybe just plow forward as if nothing is changing? Actually, neither is probably a great approach.

 

In my video today, I’m going to share some key advice you should consider as you prepare your church (and your staffing needs) over the next 365 days. And at the very end of the video are two things I’d like to share with you that can help position you and your church during this time.
