As the spiritual leader of Northwest Baptist Church, you will play a crucial role in shaping followers of Jesus by guiding them through their spiritual journeys, offering wisdom and insight that helps them grow in their faith and understanding of the Gospel. You will be responsible for maintaining scriptural integrity, ensuring that all teachings and practices within the church are firmly rooted in biblical truths and principles. Additionally, you will actively engage in ministry initiatives that align with the core values of the church, foster fellowship among members, and encourage a lifestyle that reflects Christian values. Emphasizing a mission of disciple-making and love for God and others, you will have the chance to collaborate with team leaders across various ministries, working together to create programs and activities that nurture spiritual growth and community involvement. Furthermore, you will engage in outreach and community impact activities that reflect the compassionate and mission-driven spirit of NWBC, in order to extend the church's influence and support to those in need.
