Apply Now! Production Director in Cypress, TX

CyLife Church in Cypress, TX, is seeking an experienced Production Director to oversee all technical and creative production elements of the worship services.

CyLife Church Production

Let's be honest: in the church production world, it's incredibly easy to get stuck in a dark booth, isolated from the very people you're serving. But what if your next role was about so much more than gear? Our friends at CyLife Church in Cypress, Texas, are looking for a Production Director who is both a strong leader and an excellent technician. As their Worship Arts Minister, Bri, perfectly puts it: "Every light hung, every fader pushed, and every system built is designed for one purpose: to make and send disciples who love and live like Jesus. They aren't just producing a service; they are stewarding an environment where discipleship happens."

Whoever steps into this role is catching a church in a wildly exciting season of momentum. Cypress is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, and right in its heart, CyLife is growing rapidly, too. They currently serve over 3,000 people, and as they break ground on a brand-new 2,000-seat auditorium featuring a $1 million AVL installation, they are preparing to reach 6,000. But to the leadership at CyLife, numbers are never the ultimate goal; they are the opportunity. They need a leader who can oversee production operations with strategic excellence and build a pipeline of new volunteer leaders.

At Chemistry Staffing, we are helping CyLife find their "unicorn," a seasoned pro with elite live audio and large-scale technical chops who also possesses the relational maturity to develop and lead a team. If you love pushing the boundaries of creative excellence but firmly believe that gear never makes Jesus more impressive, this might be your perfect fit. If you want to use your skills to break the "lone wolf" tech stereotype and build a legacy that outlasts you, we would absolutely love to introduce you to this incredible team.
