Whether you’ve lost your church staff position or you are starting to feel led to look for future ministry opportunities, Chemistry Staffing can help you prepare for your next season of ministry.

You have a valuable role to play in the Kingdom. When you find the right place to serve and are obedient to the Lord’s calling, unbelievable things can happen. Chemistry Staffing exists to facilitate these types of introductions and relationships.

Chemistry recently helped place Lance at Real Life Church in Austin, Texas. He is currently serving as the Executive Pastor of Campus Ministries and has hit the ground running. Here is what he had to say:

Scarbrough Family Picture

Chemistry Staffing guided me through the process while providing me with useful resources from the follow-up emails to make sure my experience was a success. The staff went beyond the call to make sure there was a personal touch point and created a safe place to ask questions along the way. I enjoyed every interaction and how they made sure to keep me in the loop on what’s happening in the process.

To anyone else in the search process, Lance has this advice to offer:

Patience is truly your friend. Allow yourself not to feel rushed in the journey so you can clearly have the discernment needed to make a wise decision. Having wise counsel from trusted friends helped me in the journey. Lean into the Chemistry staff! They are there to answer questions and help along the way.

Are you looking for a new ministry position? We can help!

Let's talk.
