More Than Just A Church Staffing Agency

See how Chemistry Staffing's guidance, expertise, and partnership led Keystone Church to find and hire their perfect lead pastor match after an extensive search.

Partnership

A Partnership That Led to Keystone's New Lead Pastors

At Chemistry Staffing, we exist for one purpose only: to help churches build effective, healthy teams. Churches aren't just clients to us - they're our sole focus.

Our mission is to assist you in finding and hiring the right staff members for your church. Whether you're adding a new role, going through a leadership transition, or restructuring your team, we're here as your partner in the process.

We recently helped Keystone Church connect with their new Lead Pastor couple. Kim, a leader at Keystone, shared:

"After 12 months of interviews and extending offers to two qualified candidates who ultimately felt God calling them to positions at other churches, our weary pastor search team made the decision to seek outside help. Hence our decision to engage Chemistry Staffing."

Finding the right fit takes time. We get to know each church and their unique needs before beginning the search process. As Kim said, "The Chemistry staff spent a significant amount of time getting to know us and the needs of our ministry. Their vetting process was thorough and they provided us with several candidates that had great potential."

We walk alongside churches every step of the way, offering guidance and support. Keystone church - New pastorKim noted, "They were always available for questions, and it was a blessing knowing that they were regularly lifting our team up in prayer." We even travel on-site when needed.

Being open-minded is key in finding the right candidate. Chemistry encouraged Keystone "to keep an open mind, which was great advice as they presented us with a resume for Mike & Nicole, a husband/wife team who served as co-pastors."

In the end, Keystone found a great match. As Kim shared, "As we moved through the interview process with Mike & Nicole, it was clear that their gifts in ministry and heart for the Lord were a clear match for the needs of our congregation."

The proof is in the pudding. Kim said, "Their love of people and experience inNic&MikePic helping churches reach those who don’t know Christ has our congregation excited and anxious to see our ministry renewed and revitalized, as evidenced by a 95% vote by our membership to call them as our lead pastors!"

If your church is searching for exceptional staff members, let's connect. With expertise and insight, we can help build the team God is calling you to have.
