This full-time role involves planning services, leading worship, nurturing team members, and utilizing tools like ProPresenter, Planning Center, and Ableton Live for effective worship execution. They’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with spiritual depth and relational warmth.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
● Demonstrate a deep relationship with Jesus and a genuine love for people
● Be a strong vocalist and worship leader with a heart for musical excellence
● Lead with humility and vision, cultivating a collaborative team culture
● Be comfortable teaching, discipling volunteers, and contributing to spiritual formation
● Proficiently use ProPresenter, Planning Center, and optionally Ableton Live/Click Tracks
● Exhibit emotional maturity, self-awareness, and relational authenticity
● Embody character traits such as faith, kindness, integrity, and approachability
● Foster an environment where chemistry and character are as valued as skill
● Embrace a worship philosophy that is both attractional and missional
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and lead engaging, Christ-centered Sunday worship services
● Recruit, equip, and care for worship team members
● Collaborate with church staff to align worship with overall church vision
● Coordinate special services and events
● Foster a culture of discipleship and outreach through worship
