You know the drill. Not every candidate that applies for your opening will be a good fit. Most won't even be close. We pre-screen every candidate that applies to your opening and match them to your church's unique theology and culture. We assess their skills and personality. Then we present you with only candidates that are a good fit for your specific church.

 

Our mission to make healthy, long-term connections means that we choose the churches and candidates we work with very carefully. When healthy churches add healthy team members, unbelievable things happen. The needle is moved. Lives are changed. And ministry is both effective and fulfilling.

 

Last summer, Chemistry Staffing helped place Shawn as Director of Student Ministries at St. Marks Community Church in Burlington, NC. Here is what Nick, Next Generation Pastor, had to say:

Kelly Norris brings over 30 years of extensive experience in various fields, including Children’s ministry, Communications, Church Planting, Worship/Creative Arts, Associate Pastor, and Executive Pastoral positions. Currently, she serves as an Executive Pastor at Northgate Church in Sunbury, OH. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education, is a graduate of the Ohio School of Ministry, and has certifications as a Transformational Coach. Residing with her family in central Ohio, Kelly leverages her expertise and diverse background in coaching and ministry through her work with Chemistry Staffing as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. Her passion is to equip and empower people and organizations to do the work of the ministry.
