Staff Search

Let Us Help You Take A Load Off

At Chemistry Staffing, our job is to help you hire well (and keep your team healthy). We're focused on minimizing the risk of a bad hire.

Relax

Hiring staff or finding a ministry position is one of the most important things you can do. It will affect many aspects of your (or your church’s) life for many years. So don’t be afraid to call in someone who knows what they’re doing to help.

When you partner with Chemistry Staffing, you leverage years of experience and a time-tested process that assesses five key areas to ensure a healthy, long-term fit.

Recently, we helped place Charles as the new Senior Pastor at Ainsworth Evangelical Free Church. Here’s what a member of the church search committee had to say:

"

Churches are generally not equipped to prepare an adequate profile for a pastor search, and Chemistry Staffing made this onboarding process both easy and effective. Searching through hundreds of resumes, finding qualified candidates, and comparing them to a profile is also a frustrating process (I have experienced elsewhere), and the Search Team benefited by being able to focus on candidates that were pre-qualified. Finally, Chemistry Staffing excelled at keeping candidates informed, seeking answers to questions, and prompting the Search Team throughout the process.

The Search Team could not have been more unified in the outcome, each step along the way, and the positive impact of having Chemistry Staffing support our search! Charles brings the best set of gifts for the next season of ministry here.

To anyone starting a similar search, we would advise seriously considering if you have the experience and capacity to develop an accurate profile of your church and to sift through hundreds of electronically sent resumes, as well as a sufficient knowledge of current hiring practices in ministry, and the time to communicate with candidates… all while the best candidates are likely communicating with other churches as well!

Seriously, you would be hard-pressed to pay the salary of one person's time (without the experience) compared to what you will invest in getting the service and expertise of Chemistry Staffing to support your search!

"

We are committed to helping BOTH churches and candidates. As a candidate, Charles, too, had a positive experience. Here are his comments:

"

We are excited that God has called us to work at Ainsworth EFC. We look forward to working with a solid leadership team to make disciples of Jesus Christ.

I appreciate the thoroughness of Chemistry's approach to placing new candidates. We had 3 interviews that asked targeted questions and were also asked to provide information to help Chemistry Staffing determine if we were a good fit for Ainsworth EFC.

I would encourage any candidate to seek the Lord and find His leading in this whole process. It is His call that makes all the difference.

"

If you are looking for a ministry position or to hire new staff, let us help you take a load off. Put our experienced team to work for you!
