Parkland Baptist Church, a resilient congregation with deep community roots in Winter Haven, Florida, is prayerfully seeking its next Lead Pastor to guide them into a season of renewed vision and impact. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a faithful, gospel-driven church with a rich legacy of ministry and a heart for future growth.
The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual leadership, preach the Word, equip the congregation for ministry, and partner with staff, deacons, and committees to carry out the mission of making fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. With oversight of a stable budget and a strong ministry foundation, the new pastor will have the opportunity to cast fresh vision, develop leaders, and re-engage the growing community around the church.

The Church
Founded in 1962, Parkland Baptist Church has faithfully served the Winter Haven community for over 60 years. With a weekend attendance of 60-70 and a $280,000 annual budget, the church remains debt-free and financially stable. Its highly regarded preschool serves around 100 children daily, connecting the church with young families throughout the community.
The church’s six-acre property includes a renovated sanctuary, educational spaces, offices, and fellowship areas—providing both stability and potential for future expansion and outreach.
The Worship Experience
