Community of Nations Church (CNC) in Roseville, Minnesota isn’t your average suburban congregation, and they’re not looking for an average pastor either.

This congregation of about 60 people is seeking a Lead Pastor who’s eager to love, lead, and listen across cultures. They value strong biblical teaching, intercultural fluency, and someone who can guide their small but faithful community into deeper discipleship and wider outreach. They’re especially passionate about reaching young families, caring for the marginalized, and equipping their people to serve in everyday life.
