How to Find the Right Fit

Two key factors in hiring the right candidate is moving with intention and communicating clearly.

Two Key Factors

What happens when you have the "hire slow, fire fast" mentality? Well, it might mean losing out on a great candidate.

Candidates have way more options ... more now than ever before. Because of The Great Resignation, they are getting multiple offers.

I encourage you to move with intention and communicate clearly. What does this look like practically?

  • Create a well-thought-out plan for your interview flow
  • Be clear at every step of the process (communicate!)
  • Follow through on your promises
  • Don't let too much time pass or you'll lose out on a great candidate!

Watch the conversation.

As always, we are here for you, and we're praying for churches and teams all over the United States! If you want to have a conversation about hiring new staff members for your church, you can schedule a time here.
