Welcoming Julie Sathoff as a Chemistry Staffing Church Coach

Chemistry Staffing is made up of a group of church professionals that are passionate about helping churches and candidates make great long-term fits. We KNOW that we are changing the way that churches find pastors, and we have been making it possible for all churches to benefit from a proven search process virtually.

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to serve churches of all sizes, all across the United States as they seek out their next pastors. As we have grown, we have had the opportunity to add to our own team as well.

Today, we are excited to announce that Julie Sathoff is joining our team as a Church Coach. She brings her passion for growing healthy churches and years of vocational ministry experience to the Chemistry team and will be working directly with churches as they seek out their new teammates.

Julie has always had a passion for growing healthy organizations, and she has Julie Bio Picdedicated much of the last 24 years to that very task. After spending many years focused on growing her own successful business in mortgage lending and real estate in California, Julie began her service in ministry in 2007. Working at Saddleback Church enabled her to use her gifts to help lead the church, training ministry leaders and staff at all 19 campuses and as well as 1000s of churches through the Purpose Driven network. Julie has helped develop and supervise small and large church staff and has helped churches from many denominations, from all over the world, with the setting and execution of strategic goals. Her latest role being called to serve as Executive Pastor in a local Colorado church. Julie's infectious passion for Jesus and His Bride comes across just as much as her knowledge and excitement for building strong, long-lasting teams.

Please join us in welcoming Julie to the Chemistry Church Coach team!

If your church is currently looking for your next team member, Julie would love to learn more about what you are looking for. This link will schedule a conversation with Julie.
