Their Executive Pastor will play a strategic role in helping them advance their mission of building a culture of discipleship, driving discipleship, and organizational alignment. They will provide strategic support, oversee finance and operations, lead ministry development, and build effective teams to ensure alignment with the church's mission, vision, and values across all ministries. They will utilize their proficiency in leadership development, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and active listening to empower individuals within the church, develop systems, processes, and teams, and complement the Lead Pastor in implementing the church's vision.
