In the role of Executive Pastor for CenterPoint Church's Massapequa Campus, you will provide strategic and spiritual leadership for the church’s largest and broadcast location, serving as a visible and relational presence for 1,500+ weekly attendees from a wide variety of ages, cultures, and life stages. You will ensure that weekend services, midweek ministries, and outreach efforts are executed with excellence, clarity, and consistency, creating an environment where people can encounter Jesus and take next steps in their faith.
Collaborating closely with the Lead Pastor and the Executive Team, you will help shape and implement church-wide vision and priorities at the campus level, translating big-picture direction into practical plans, systems, and rhythms. You will play a key role in aligning staff and volunteer teams, stewarding campus resources, and strengthening structures that support numerical and spiritual growth, long-term sustainability, and a healthy culture. As CenterPoint continues to expand its mission and impact throughout Long Island, your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining unity, multiplying ministry effectiveness, and ensuring that the Massapequa Campus remains a strong, vibrant hub for the entire church.
