This pastor will play a vital role in helping people connect in meaningful ways. At the heart of the role is creating spaces where people are known, cared for, and encouraged to take their next step in following Jesus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a healthy small group ministry across the church
- Providing leadership to men’s and women’s ministries
- Recruiting, equipping, and supporting group leaders and volunteers
- Creating systems and strategies to sustain growth in a fast-moving environment
- Helping shape a culture of biblical discipleship throughout the church community
The ideal candidate will have experience leading small group ministry in a local church and the ability to think strategically while caring deeply for people.
