Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a healthy small group ministry across the church
- Providing leadership to men’s and women’s ministries
- Recruiting, equipping, and supporting group leaders and volunteers
- Creating systems and strategies to sustain growth in a fast-moving environment
- Helping shape a culture of biblical discipleship throughout the church community
