The Job
Victory Church in Audubon, Pennsylvania, is seeking a visionary and highly collaborative Communications Director to help tell the story of what God is doing in and through the life of the church. This role serves as the chief steward of Victory Church’s voice, brand, and visual identity, ensuring that every message, platform, and creative expression reflects the heart, mission, and values of the church with clarity and excellence.
Reporting to the Pastor of Worship and Creative Arts, the Communications Director will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy across digital, print, video, and in-person environments. This includes championing storytelling that highlights life change, overseeing branding and design, managing the church’s website and digital presence, and equipping volunteer and contract creative teams. This is a role for a leader who blends strategy with creativity and who thrives at the intersection of ministry, culture, and communication.

Audubon is located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia, offering a compelling blend of suburban comfort and urban access. Victory Church is a thriving, multi-ethnic Assemblies of God congregation with a 90-year history and a strong sense of momentum. With approximately 1,000 people attending across four weekly services and a $2.5 million budget, the church is debt-free and experiencing record attendance, hundreds of decisions for Christ, and strong LifeGroup engagement. Victory Church exists to equip people to welcome their world into an experience with God and the care of His family, emphasizing diversity, empowerment, and spiritual transformation.
