As a full-time resident, you'll undergo Converge’s Church Planting Training and Assessment Process, providing you with a robust foundation for your church planting journey. Your role will be multifaceted, serving alongside the Elder Team, preaching regularly, and shepherding and caring for the church members. You'll also play a pivotal role in overseeing outreach-related events and initiatives, developing strategies to equip members sharing their own God stories, organizing impactful mission trips, and developing a launch team for the church plant.
