And you don't need to have planted a church before to start the conversation.

You may currently be serving as an associate pastor, student pastor, campus pastor, ministry resident, worship pastor, discipleship leader, or in another ministry role. Maybe you're the person who naturally gathers people, develops leaders, reaches those outside the church, and gets excited about building something from the ground up. Or maybe you've already sensed a clear call to plant and are looking for the right place, people, and partnerships to take your next step. We'd like to get to know you.

A Movement of Churches Planting Churches
Carolina Movement exists to help churches become church planting churches and to catalyze a church planting movement across the Carolinas. At the heart of their model is a simple conviction: churches plant churches.

Rather than planters going out alone, Carolina Movement partners church planters with coalitions of sending churches that can provide prayer, relationships, resources, and support. The goal isn't simply to launch another church. It's to plant healthy churches that reach people, make disciples, and become church planting churches themselves.

Who We're Looking For
Chemistry Staffing wants to connect with both experienced and emerging ministry leaders who may have the calling and capacity for church planting.

You may be a fit if you:

• Have a heart for reaching people with the Gospel and making disciples

• Sense a call—or a growing curiosity—toward church planting

• Naturally build relationships and gather people around a vision

• Have experience starting, building, or multiplying ministries

• Enjoy developing teams and empowering other leaders

• Are willing to engage and understand the community you're called to serve

• Demonstrate biblical character, humility, resilience, and perseverance

• Value collaboration, accountability, assessment, and development

• Believe multiplication should be part of a church's DNA

• Are open to planting and serving in North Carolina

You don't need "Church Planter" on your résumé to start the conversation. Some leaders will be ready to plant soon. Others may need a season of development, assessment, residency, or discernment before taking that step. We're interested in meeting both.

• Future opportunities across North Carolina as Carolina Movement continues developing church planting partnerships and networks

Specific locations, timelines, responsibilities, compensation, and residency structures will vary by opportunity.

Church planting shouldn't be a solo mission. Carolina Movement's model surrounds church plants with multiple sending churches rather than expecting one church or one planter to carry the mission alone.

Sending churches can come alongside a new church through prayer, serving, giving, sending people, and building direct relationships with the church plant. Carolina Movement also provides organizational and operational support as churches work together to help new plants thrive. And multiplication begins from the start: Carolina Movement's vision is for newly planted churches to become sending churches themselves: churches planting churches that plant churches.
