Christian City Fellowship

The Kingdom Opportunity

Christian City Fellowship (CCF) is entering a meaningful season of opportunity as Sealy, Texas grows and more young families move west from the Houston area. The church is intentionally strengthening its ministry to children, students, and young adults, creating an opportunity for a Children’s Pastor & Next Gen Coordinator to help shape how an entire generation encounters Jesus and grows in faith. This leader will guide children from birth through fifth grade while helping bring greater alignment, organization, and momentum across all Next Generation ministries. More than maintaining programs, this is an invitation to build relationships, equip parents, develop volunteers, and create environments where children feel safe, loved, and eager to know God. The right leader will inherit a solid foundation while having room to bring fresh ideas, strengthen discipleship, and help families place Christ at the center of everyday life.

The Community

Located about 50 miles west of downtown Houston, Sealy offers the warmth and connection of a small town with convenient access to Katy, Cypress, and the greater Houston area. Families enjoy affordable housing, strong schools, youth sports, outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community shaped by rich Texas heritage. It is an appealing place to establish roots, raise a family, and build relationships beyond the walls of the church.

The Church

Founded in 1976, Christian City Fellowship has built a lasting culture of biblical teaching, prayer, worship, discipleship, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit. Today, approximately 350 to 500 people gather as an interdenominational, Pentecostal church centered on a clear mission: “Making New, Making Great.” CCF desires to see people receive new life in Jesus and mature into believers who love and serve others.

The church is experiencing encouraging momentum through new families, growing Life Groups, expanding discipleship ministries, and outreach extending from Sealy to prisons, neighboring states, and Rwanda. Its debt-free, 35-acre campus includes dedicated children’s and student ministry spaces and hosts community events reaching thousands of people. As CCF celebrates its fiftieth anniversary, it is looking ahead with faith. The next Children’s Pastor & Next Gen Coordinator will join a collaborative pastoral team committed to building “big people” through authentic community, intentional discipleship, and investment from one generation into the next.

The Worship Experience

Sunday mornings at CCF feel vibrant, authentic, welcoming, and relational. Corporate prayer and Life Classes lead into contemporary, Spirit-led worship featuring a full band, modern worship songs, hymns, and occasional bilingual music. Biblical, practical preaching, prayer ministry, and opportunities for personal response help people encounter God and carry their faith into daily life.

Apply Now

Could God be calling you to help shape the spiritual foundation of children and families in this growing Texas community? If you are a relational, organized, Spirit-led leader who loves teaching children, developing volunteers, partnering with parents, and building healthy ministry systems, Christian City Fellowship may be the place for your next season. This is an opportunity to invest in more than a children’s program. It is a calling to help build a unified Next Generation ministry that leads children toward Jesus, strengthens families, and cultivates a legacy of faith for years to come.
