The Children’s Pastor will step into a church that values children, families, and spiritual formation. The Gathering is experiencing a steady influx of young families, making this role both timely and strategic. The next Children’s Pastor will oversee ministry from nursery through elementary age, lead and schedule volunteers, manage and maximize the Orange curriculum, coordinate weekend and midweek ministry experiences, plan family ministry events, strengthen parent engagement, ensure child safety, and help develop special needs programming as needed.
