You will also organize and oversee a calendar of engaging events designed to reinforce discipleship, build community, and create memorable experiences for children and their families.
A critical aspect of this position is establishing and maintaining robust child safety protocols that ensure a secure and welcoming environment for every child, while also managing budgetary planning with a focus on resource stewardship and operational excellence. Additionally, you will coordinate essential aspects of pastoral care, working closely with church leadership to provide support, encouragement, and prayer to children and their families.
