Position Overview:
Chapel Hill is seeking a passionate Children’s Minister to shepherd their children from nursery through 5th grade. This leader will oversee engaging programming, lead Vacation Bible School, and plan faith-building activities that make a lasting impact. The Children’s Minister will develop and equip volunteers, teach biblical truths, partner with families in discipleship, offer pastoral care, and ensure ministry excellence that aligns with the church’s mission and values.

● Spiritual maturity and an undeniable love for Jesus
● Proven experience leading children’s ministry
● Effective volunteer recruitment, training, and care
● A heart for partnering with parents to nurture children’s faith and family connection
