With over a century of history, the church has experienced incredible growth and revitalization, including a debt-free milestone, a flourishing youth group, and an expanding children’s ministry. They are deeply committed to community outreach, biblical teaching, and fostering a welcoming environment where people encounter God and experience transformative relationships.

The Ideal Candidate
The Children's Pastor at BridgeWater Church will lead ministry efforts for children from birth through 6th grade, creating vibrant, age-appropriate experiences that help them build a strong faith foundation. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, equipping, and mentoring volunteers, developing engaging curriculum, and fostering relationships with families to support their spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will:

- Demonstrate outstanding leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Possess a heart for children and a vision for ministry that is both fun and spiritually enriching.
