Grace Fellowship in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Campus Worship Leader to serve at one of their five dynamic campuses. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide visionary leadership by not only guiding and leading weekly worship but also actively recruiting, equipping, and developing both band and production team members. The Campus Worship Leader will partner closely with the Central Music team to ensure a cohesive worship experience that reflects Grace Fellowship’s theological convictions and musical excellence. Through intentional mentorship, team-building, and creative collaboration, you will empower volunteers to grow in both skill and spiritual maturity.
As a ministry leader, you will play an integral part in shaping meaningful worship environments that invite the congregation into authentic encounters with God. Leveraging both musical and relational gifts, you will inspire individuals of all ages and backgrounds to pursue lives centered on Christ. By investing deeply in your worship teams and fostering a culture of unity and service, you will help extend the influence of the Gospel, making a significant impact in the life and growth of each campus community.
