This role offers a unique opportunity to provide visionary leadership by not only guiding and leading weekly worship but also actively recruiting, equipping, and developing both band and production team members. The Campus Worship Leader will partner closely with the Central Music team to ensure a cohesive worship experience that reflects Grace Fellowship’s theological convictions and musical excellence. Through intentional mentorship, team-building, and creative collaboration, you will empower volunteers to grow in both skill and spiritual maturity.
